We will ship our teddy bears using our national courier service (POS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.) - since we're located in Malaysia. Besides, they never failed to deliver our packages since the day 1 we start to deal with them.
Some of shipment will only arrive to customer within 1 week - but there's certain cases where the customer have received their order in two (2) weeks. This is because the custom agency have hold the package for certain reason.
BUT what we can promise you, we'll deliver your order once you make payment - it's just a matter of time for it to reach at your doorstep.
